Had a conversation with a friend who'd never tried meditating before. Realized I had to make the instructions for how to meditate in this app much clearer. So the instructions got rewritten. They're now floating cards that drift in one at a time, and you can tap back through them if you missed something. Every screen also got its own hand-drawn animated background. A garden with trees swaying on the home screen. A Japanese ryokan with a cat and a candle for choosing your duration. A waterfall for the meditation itself. The custom waterfall tone got deeper. More like sitting next to a river, less like standing near an air conditioner. The home screen got a quiet redesign. Smaller buttons, the daily quote sits above the logo now.
