Bug fixes and performance improvements.

User reviews

Disappointed

Very limited on what you can do vs the website

Ticket Notifications

Can we please get the app to send notifications when tickets are received?

Microsoft

Not able to log in with my Microsoft credentials.

Not able to login w/ Microsoft

I cannot log in with my Microsoft credentials. I have the latest version as well as all iOS updates.
When I press to sign in with Microsoft, nothing happens.

More IT level functionality

Unfortunately I downloaded this expecting a full replication of the web portal, just on iPadOS, since I can’t access the web portal through safari on iPad. This app has VERY limited functionality for IT Support, to view a ticket you would first need to log in with a desktop/laptop, assign yourself a ticket, then resume using the app to view close or edit the ticket. Make all tickets viewable by site in the app!
