Can’t set up an account when I try to put the IMEI code in says account not found but you can’t set up an account because it doesn’t give you that option!

Total scam. I have tried everything, even installed the SIM card and nothing. It tracked MY phone just fine. But not the stupid tag. I tried getting a refund. Absolutely nothing. It’s in English but it seems like they just ran the language through google translate a couple of times.

Please help. I went to register and I put my phone number and the area code of United States and when I hit submit it just says sms false send.
