Can’t connectf and can’t cancel
I have to return the tracker since it won’t connect and customer service won’t get back to me. I can’t find anywhere to cancel in the app. They make it hard to do.
Unbelievable
It’s like this tracker is trying to kill my cat. In all the time I’ve had this tracker it has never worked, and you have to PAY for the best tracker mode, which I just found utterly ridiculous. It lets you down when your cat is lost or on a road and none of the functions work properly. They at least have to add some kind of electric shock option in case your cat’s caught something. This tracker is so bad and you can’t even trust it.

Produit top, juste manque à l’achat que l’on précise bien qu’il y a un abonnement ça, j’ai trouvé ça moyen, on a un peu pris au piège autrement le produit rien à dire ça fonctionne impeccable batterie un petit peu juste quand même
Option Icônes Carte
L’application est très bien. Simple et efficace.
Seul défaut, il faudrait que les icônes sur la carte (lumière, sonnerie et vibrations) soient en option.
Mon chat ne supporte pas les vibrations, une option permettant d’afficher ou non l’icône éviterait les activations malencontreuses.

Trop de bugs
Le collier a changé ma vie de « maman » car je sais enfin où va mon chat..
Par contre ça fait 1 an que j’ai le collier avec un abonnement et les bugs sont trop fréquents dernièrement, c’est vraiment insupportable.
