They are scammers
My card has been locked since October without a reason I have $1087 on my card when I call they just tell me to hold to see what they can do but they won’t do nothing after the wait I would be told to send a email to their customer service email but they are not going to respond I have called multiple times I was not given a solution I have sent multiple emails and nothing has been done

Where is my money?
Currently working with my employer to find out why my $$$ was not put on my card. To be fair to all parties- I don’t yet know the exact cause of the hiccup. Everything has worked well for about two months or so …. And now this. 😟
Card Declined
After depositing $1.2k, I can’t make a purchase with my card online. Any transaction is automatically declined. I call the bank and after a long conversation, they said I should try again and I got the same payment declined. I won’t recommend to anyone

I received my refunds with this card and they lock my funds I have been trying to contact the support but they told me my account was lock without refunding my money this card is a scam they are stealing from people don’t fall victim like me

Worst app ever, I think there scam cos how on earth would $1645 being deposited into my account my SSI money and you locked my account after few hours even before I closed from work? No wonder you wouldn’t let anyone send out there money from your card unless they withdraw. Card is accepted everywhere and they have a wonderful mobile banking app, great customer service, and that it’s benefit to the African American community is the proverbial “cherry on top” . I absolutely recommend 💰💰💰

I am waiting for my card to come, but from the looks of these reviews I’m going to stay with chime. I will not be using this card and who charges fees anymore absolutely not. This is not the way you get your people to support you.

Brothas and sistas can’t have ish, cause people like this! No 24/hr help line. I signed up once got my card 3 weeks later and now I can’t even sign in to account. I have been here an hour trying to reset username for some reason. It says check your email or spam.?There ain’t no F’n email knowhere. Shheeeesh! I’m over it. Black folks…we gotta do better. There are way better debit cards on the market. They have high fees and you cannot deposit checks on this card. I repeat you cannot deposit checks on this card. You will go on the app you’ll see a place to do it. It’ll take you to the third-party website and you will not be able to register.
HONEST FEEDBACK
This company is a complete scam. They will charge you for using YOUR money. When you transfer money you’re charged 2.95. When you make a purchase, it take more money than your transaction amount. On top of that the take out small increments of your money and call it a sender transfer fee. Remember $2.95 is taken out at the time of the transaction, these transactions are made unknowingly and in different amounts. Your limit is $1000. When the block your card, you have no access to your funds and cannot get ahold of the fraud department. Also the internet browser works more than the app. Moral of the story.. do not waste your time or money.

The card has been alright but they charge a fee of 7.95/month. Which is wild, because nowadays most cards don’t charge a fee.

No. I added money to the card and went to use it my card declined. I called and couldn't get through to customer service. Luckily I pulled my money back into another account
