Can’t use multiple cards to reduce balance online, most stores the cards don’t work! Avoid!!

I get given these as a really thoughtful end of year gift.
You need to know how much is on the card to spend it, can’t use self service tills and the company takes off 90p fees….

I keep getting gift cards from family and friends but have so much trouble in adding them to an account or converting them to vouchers that I have given up! Generally, it’s badly written web pages or apps that cause the issues. Total waste of time and money. PLEASE, just give your loved ones the cash - it’s so much easier.

Very poor app. Doesnt send code for entry when needed and locks you out!
Unable to login into the account
I just downloaded and the app is throwing login error. This is just too much. Its sad that you cant fix a basic customer journey
