I’m finding setting up your card far too complicated. Getting app, opening website getting visual ID, all just to spend a gift card
To Fafffy and hard to use
Why do you have to use the app to use the card. Also it’s hard to use both online or in store as you can only use one method of payment as this is used a a payment card. I feel like I won’t get to use this money at all. It seems retailers can’t just use part of it to use against a payment online. I won’t ever buy one of these and will tell friends and family not to bother either.

i didnt even want to download the app- i only did it because i had to use the money i got given; gift cards already suck as presents but making me download an app makes it even worse

This is a scam app, all the positive reviews are botted
No logging on
It wouldnt even let me log on to the app so i cant use the gift vouchers because it says limited times of trying but i tried once and the help centre doesnt help either! One4all if you could please help me with this that would be nice thanks!
Easy to use
It is really helpful, I can easily add the card to my mobile phone wallet. I don’t need to bring the physical card for shopping.
Beware of fees
Once activated these cards deduct money every month when they aren’t used. Retailers can’t tell what is on the card. App wouldn’t work inside a store had to go to door to find balance.
Never redeemed the voucher - they took the money
I tried using this and it was difficult to work out what to do to buy anything. You only have so long to spend the voucher- in the end they took the money given by colleagues for a birthday gift. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this app.

Really easy to work with once you download the app

Doesn’t work. Wasted so much time creating an account, getting the app, logging in, verification codes not working so ending up calling customer service. The lady who I spoke to was excellent. A physical card is now on its way. An hour plus of my life I’ll never see again.

Don’t use the balance and you have to pay in full online. Don’t use! Buy direct from a specific shop. My kids hate these cards and so do I! Ps I never leave bad reviews!
