The Face ID login seems to only last 27 seconds before you have enter your password again
Horrible!!!!
Have never had an issue with this app, it has always been available to me and never any issues. In the last couple months, it has become the most irritating, annoying and frustrating app I have ever had to deal with… the website isn’t any better lately. I literally have not been able to access my accounts via app or website. When I’m on the phone, I’m told there’s no known issues, yet there’s an issue.

Vague information. Not helpful
The information they give is very basic and not much you can do with it. Can’t even see account transactions. Better just using a browser.
Worst Retirement App
I can never see my balance until my statement gets released quarterly. I have no idea how much I’m contributing and am not able to change any of my investment strategies. The website will not even let me log in just glitches every time I click log in saying I’m already logged in. Absolutely horrendous I wish my employer used any other service.

FaceID keeps failing
Authentication keeps failing and resetting every 2 weeks or so. I have to manually re-enable FaceID every other week, which is really annoying.

Shows a value, but cannot change intervals to see over time. It could use a line graph to show you a value. Simple output at best.

Good but…
The app is ok and serves its purpose, but the biometric login really needs to be fixed. What’s the point of having it when it forgets the face id and makes me enter my password again and re-enable biometric login literally every time? Please fix!
Edit: Downgrading to 2 stars. The login problem is still not fixed and I’m tired of it! Not a good user experience at all!

Access to the site was Denied when I really needed it. What’s the point? One more chance and I will move out if this again.
