Can't get past the login
You can't get past the login screen. App is complete junk...
Great little app
I had been logging into the web site to schedule an appointment. Decided to check to see if there was an app. Downloaded it and it’s so much easier to see all your info and schedule. Just one minor glitch if on an iPhone. After they text a code to your phone the submit button is hidden under the text keyboard. Just hit the return key and the keyboard drops down and you can press submit.

A non-functional app
When I tap the icon to open this app, all I get is a white screen. Does not speak well for the company, even though I still donate blood to them. I’ll be deleting this app to save room on my phone and using my laptop based web browser to log in.
Terrible app
Worked one time right after I downloaded it. Since then, nothing but a blank white screen. Deleted and reinstalled the app and still a blank screen.
App is absolute garbage
I set a timer and in 5 minutes, i did the following: put food in the oven, went upstairs, changed my clothes, got a laptop, came back downstairs, plugged in and turned on the oven, and pet my cat while telling him what a good boy he is. What did I NOT do? Get logged in to this godforsaken app because the home screen was still circling. Meanwhile, I logged in to the website and booked an appointment in barely minute. Looks like I’ll be clearing some storage on my phone when I delete this app!

None functional
After failed several failed attempts, I removed the app.
Works great. Simple.
I don’t see any of the reported issues. Initial login had a minor hitch. Nothing to get a mental wedgie over. My data instantly migrated into app. Usability is better than average. Intuitive navigation.

This app just doesn’t work. How can an organization this big and important be so irresponsible is beyond me.

MFA TAKES TOO LONG-YOU ARE LOSING DONORS!!
As a long time, multiple donor, I do NOT have 10 minutes to SPARE to wait for MFA code!! Way TOO LONG TO WAIT!! No how much I can accomplish in 10 minutes? By the time I get back to it, it has EXPIRED!! Also the check out process is a hassle after donation, I DO NOT TAKE MY CELL PHONE into donation!! Also, I do not want to use the shared cellphone in the bus!! Unsanitary and gross!! Things NEED to change, or you are LOSING this Donor!!!!

Needs a major login update!
I can get a code, but cannot get past the send a code to me. Need to fix to log in!
MFA doesn’t work on app or desktop
Every month I go through the same issue, I tried to login through my app or my desktop I have the MFA code sent via email which never arrives or works then I try the other, which is my cell phone and that doesn’t work, needless to say this is very frustrating and annoying. I like to set up my appointments online it makes it much easier. Now I will have to call to schedule an appointment, this isn’t anything new. This is every time I login do you think y’all could fix this bug?

Terrible app
This app makes me want to not continue to give blood. Fix your app. I can’t even explain what it’s doing (or not doing). Ridiculous. DEFINITELY NOT USER FRIENDLY!

App worked at first, next time it doesn’t recognize my username and PW. Sent a message to OneBlood to correct- to date nothing back from them.

Too secure if won’t let me in .I can’t write review
This system locks up with iOS the last update has locked me up . I can’t get into the app because it does not accept my username and password it asks for code to text or email but locks up so I can’t put in any code. Please correct this soon because I just give my 29 donor and I would like to give again when I can . Thanks

Useless
The app asks for OTP verification but has no way to add it.
There is also the option for biometrics to login, but again I’m blocked by the useless OTP.

Thought It Was Useless Before And It Got Worse
Up until 10/31/24 I could login but never get past the two-factor authentication. Since the update, both my iPhone 12 and my iPad get nothing but a blank white screen when I attempt to open the app!
Dead
Doesn’t work at all on my iPad since the update. The iPhone app has also gone useless as I don’t have access to the send button at the two factor authentication step.
