Push Notifications

It's weird to navigate and can't do much on it. I keep getting emails to get push notifications for points or rewards but the app doesn't keep you logged in and it doesn't have an app option to turn on notifications.

Cart doesn’t work

Click on cart and app closes. No way to use points…

Expiration

They fail to tell you that you lose your points after one month, if you don’t use them. Then, they won’t re-instate them after. I literally just gave you my blood and because I didn’t spend my points in one month, I lost my money. I won’t ever be back to donate. Ridiculous.

Cart

I'm trying to use my points and get a gift card but every single time I press the cart after adding a gift card to it, it glitches and closes the app…

Not great

When I saw the two rating on this app, I figured it had to be an exaggeration by disgruntled people with the operation of the app and getting your rewards points. But once I got into it, I saw exactly what the problems were. This app tends to not allow you to do some simple tasks. I can’t even change my address, which is almost 10 years old. it makes you think that it’s mailing out a gift card to your old address. When I saw that I called and got into an automated system that said they would call me back in 2 to 3 days. By that time my card would’ve been mailed out. I wasn’t even aware that you could electronically redeem the card until after I called and looked a little deeper and saw that the card wasn’t actually being mailed out to my old address like it appeared. there is also a little work of not being able to sign in when you’re auto filled by many of the password programs. You actually have to go onto the password field and type of space for the entry bar to be activated. Seems like somebody was asleep at the wheel when they created this app.
