Extremely good service
I have bought multiple times food items from that application. I find their service extremely good and fast. I bought from one mall at a time. I highly recommend it to anyone. Very happy with their service and no complain at all. Best, Tassos
Inexplicably stupid and dishonest
If they donāt deliver your order they keep your money. Criminally dishonest.
Imagine using a shopping on demand service because you are busy and them canceling your order because you donāt answer the phone. Perhaps youāre in a meeting or on a business call (which is why you need the service in the first place) and they cancel but DONT refund your order. This is the most ridiculous frustrating experience ever. Why canāt they just deliver your darn order without needing hand holding?

Poorest on line shopping app!!!!!!!
I placed my order on the 6th of June for 1100 rands until now the 12th of June order is still not delivered and there is no refund,on the app status it says order delivered ,but there was no delivery done,that was lunch box snacks for my kids ,my kids are going to school without their snacks .l spoke to Sabelo one of their customer service representative and he/she promised to refund my money the following day but that was not done .
When l contact them there is no answer ,l am so so so disappointed with this online app

Can not fulfill their commitments
Latest order is the final straw, they take your order, for a delivery timeslot, and then past the time(despite messages throughout saying it was being shopped), they bump it to the next day delivery. The whole purpose of the app is same day delivery. Done this to me a few times now.
Update this app and fix the bugs already!
The app clashes all the time, products in stock on fisical store, out of stock on the app. App developers seems not to care about the app.

Tracks you even if you refuse consent
Appears to ignore the āask app not to trackā option. Opened it for the very first time after download, selected āask app not to trackā and then a list of everything Iād recently ordered from Woolies appeared. Privacy fail.
Very convenient butā¦
I really appreciate this app and the ability to shop from different stores. However, using the app can be frustrating when searching for a product I know the store has it doesnāt list it. Also it shuts down or cuts out in the middle of my shop. Very frustrating when Iām trying to get it done quickly! Please fix these bugs!

App crashes when trying to add items to cart. Havenāt been able to make any purchases
Awful Service
I was supposed to have an order delivered to me today. The order never showed up, called customer service 5 times and couldnāt get through to anyone. Reached out on twitter and got no response. Awful company with awful service.

Opportunistic
I was charged a delivery fee even though I cancelled an order because some stock was not available. They got their little cut but I will never order from them again. Donāt phone on the morning of delivery to tell me about a stock out and then still charge.
Be warned
If you run into an issue with over-charges or lack of delivery, their contact Centre will not answer the phone or get back to you. You will have no recourse, and will not be able to get your money back.
It was good in the beginning
The service is fast but is more expensive than to buy directly to the store that is fine because they can bring you the same day of your order. What I donāt like and that is why Iām not using more is, when you have a credit (normally you have it because not all the productsār in stock and they charge you before to get it) they donāt return you directly to your credit card (in the same payment), If you want to money back you have to put your bank account (South Africa). In the beginning wasnāt like that, the money goes to previews payment, I feel like i always I need to use Onecart to get my money back but the true is, Iāll never will get my money back if I decided to donāt use anymore. Iām tourists and I use my credit card from my country.

Service disappointing
Donāt get me wrong, the interface of the app itself is great, as well as the range of products. But thatās about it. I made an order on the 5th of May, for delivery on the 14th. It did not arrive, had not even been properly processed until the 15th. And then half of the items I ordered IN ADVANCE were not in stock. Highly disappointed.

Donāt use if you have promo codes
I had a promo code for this app which is why I even downloaded and used it. When they delivered the stuff they got rid of my promo code and charge me for the full amount.
