Incredible lack of functionality
Impossible to obtain the loyalty card because “Something went wrong” despite multiple re-installs. Search algorithms are laughable and return any and all results that contain mere snippets of the letters in your search, so basically junk. Who did this and why?
Changes
There used to be a reasonable flow of vouchers for things I actually purchase with some to use them. Now it’s continual fashion vouchers and the occasional food voucher with short use period and misleading end date

A impossible to get the app to work. I’ve had Woolies staff trying to get it working. Left an R11 000 trolley in the store and went to Checkers because they couldn’t work my discount out.
White screen on signin
App signed me out and now when i want to sign in again i just get a white screen
