Bad customer service and a horrible delivery system.
I have been sending frequent emails to change my address but no one has responded .I cannot even cancel the order since there’s no option to.Its absolutely horrid.The new update is an absolute pain to deal with.Never ordering from here again.
Customer Service Lacking
Because of the automated nature of this beast company, if you ever need help/assistamce, expect to get a reply saying sorry we can't do anything for you. Souless but I guess that is the future.

The app works fine, but the service is unacceptable. They don’t deliver your orders, don’t provide any updates, and completely ignore customer service emails.

Poor Service
I was shopping for a specific item and selected the sizes I needed. When I proceeded to check out it kept giving me errors, until I was informed “reserved” items are only kept for 30mins at which point everything in my cart disappeared. When I returned to look for the item it was gone. In less than a minute!
