I have bought multiple times food items from that application. I find their service extremely good and fast. I bought from one mall at a time. I highly recommend it to anyone. Very happy with their service and no complain at all. Best, Tassos
Inexplicably stupid and dishonest
If they don’t deliver your order they keep your money. Criminally dishonest.
Imagine using a shopping on demand service because you are busy and them canceling your order because you don’t answer the phone. Perhaps you’re in a meeting or on a business call (which is why you need the service in the first place) and they cancel but DONT refund your order. This is the most ridiculous frustrating experience ever. Why can’t they just deliver your darn order without needing hand holding?

Poorest on line shopping app!!!!!!!
I placed my order on the 6th of June for 1100 rands until now the 12th of June order is still not delivered and there is no refund,on the app status it says order delivered ,but there was no delivery done,that was lunch box snacks for my kids ,my kids are going to school without their snacks .l spoke to Sabelo one of their customer service representative and he/she promised to refund my money the following day but that was not done .
When l contact them there is no answer ,l am so so so disappointed with this online app

Can not fulfill their commitments
Latest order is the final straw, they take your order, for a delivery timeslot, and then past the time(despite messages throughout saying it was being shopped), they bump it to the next day delivery. The whole purpose of the app is same day delivery. Done this to me a few times now.
