Not a bad start, lots of room for improvement
UI is clean, easy to find your way around, fairly intuitive. I would love a more streamlined way to build/import workouts. The ability to link with Intervals ICU would be a game changer. At the very least, it would be nice to have the option to select a range rather than a static number for power and cadence on workouts and the ability to duplicate an interval/recovery segment once it’s built.

Offline maps aren’t working
Using with Magene 706. The offline maps keep saying “applying” but get applied. The support on the onefit site doesn’t work. The support Email bounces, and there’s no X account.
Syncing Issues
App has not been able to sync activities for three days. Tried many troubleshooting attempts (updates, disconnecting, deleting, restarting, etc). Community is also having difficulties evidenced by OneLap Community on Facebook. These things happen, but there is no way to contact onelap as their email address listed on website returns all emails and no other forms of contact are listed. Support can def be improved.

It works when it works
The app wouldn’t connect or upload data to Strava by itself, unless you open the onelapfit app, wait for it to synchronize with the magene cycling computer and in about 5 min or so it uploads it to Strava. Then you have to open Strava and fix it because it uploads it with a date as a title.
It works when it wants to work, it does the job but the app and its servers needs a lot of work. It’s annoying.
Right now it won’t upload anything, it has an error code saying “request failed-please try again-1011”, it’s been like that for about 2 hours, and there is no support whatsoever to fix it or to know what to do.

Stopped working and support email invalid
Things had been going well for a while, but now a couple months after buying a C606 my ride today wouldn’t upload to the app and I got repeated error messages. So I went to email their support address on the site and it is coming back as an invalid email address. Bummer.

Route creation is terrible and the map doesn’t work properly like it said it should!

Up to date and functional
I haven’t experienced what the other reviewers are talking about. The interface is super understandable and quick to connect with your bike computer. Loading up the app with gpx files to import to the computer is also super fast. So far so good! (I’m using a GEOID cc700Pro)

Will not let me scroll up to select region. How I’m I supposed to create account.
Stopped working
After having this app for quite some time, and investing quite a bit in the Magene computer, as well as sensors for multiple bikes, I can no longer even log into the app. So, not only have I lost all of my historical ride data, but the whole setup is now useless to me. HUNDREDS OF $$$ basically down the drain in hardware if the companion app doesn’t work! It opens to the login screen and then once I enter my login email the “continue” prompt will not activate, leaving only the “cancel” option available. I’ve tried it many times and is simply stopped working although after several months of regular use. Don’t waste your money on Magene.

App won’t lat me create an account
I must create an account to use my newly purchased bike computer. The problem is, this app won’t let me continue to create an account! No matter what option I choose (login with Google, login with Apple, or use email) the “continue” button is greyed out, and I cannot create an account, rendering my bike computer useless.

Can’t log onto the app, when I put my email in I never get the verification code
Garbage
App doesn’t work. App won’t recognize password. When I request a new password the email with the code to verify user doesn’t ever come. Bike computer is now useless. Avoid Magene computers. Rear radars are good. Everything else is garbage.

Great hardware, really bad app
I use this app with my magene c506. Device is great minus some quirks with things like buggy UI during intervals and lack of lap np. Logging into the app is a nightmare. It frequently logs me out and doesnt force ios to remember password. Unbelievably annoying
