Going back to the brands zone now
App continuously tells me I do not have Internet service when I do tells me the same thing when I’m on Wi-Fi or 5G I can’t even create an account to set it up
Luma home support?
I see this doesn’t have luma support. And with the luma home App no longer working I wonder how I will continue to use your devices.
Device name won’t save
I just installed my new router and connected all my devices. I changed the name of each device so that I can quickly recognize which devices are mine and which are unauthorized to be on the network. The app saved the first few name changes and now will not save any others. I hit save, get a confirmation message, and then the old name is still displayed. Super frustrating!!!!
