Ugh
Rubbish! Stay far away!

Connect smoke/CO2 alarm
I will use this detector without the app. I don’t have the patience to spend so many hours trying to connect to this app.
Can’t connect, Won’t stop yapping
Just awful
Buggy & Missing Key Features
When are new features going to be added? And when are the existing features going to be further improved?
Works fine
Edit a year later... Got a false alarm in the middle of the night. Couldn't shut it off via HomeKit. I had to press the button with a stick, like in the good old days. This morning the app indicated that the devices required configuration. Although I managed to connect them to HomeKit after having reset them. It is IMPOSSIBLE to set them up in the app. The pairing with the 2.4Ghz network will not work through the app. So configuration remains partial... And when you try the app configuration (as required), it breaks the HomeKit connection !!!
It's hard to believe that a multi million dollar company cannot pay 50000$ to a developper to fix this. For me this company doesn't care at all for its reputation. And it is the last time I buy one of their products. And I will let everyone I know not to buy their products. This as been going for years, as per the reviews. This is unacceptable. FIX THIS APP !
Outdated
No longer supported by the app. I still have 4 yrs left on my smoke/carbon monoxide detectors but can not be managed or monitored because of the app. I think first alert should be responsible for costs that I will
incur to replace their units with units that actually work with their app.
Charges $16.79 without notice
Absolute trash. Software and Hardware.
Pitiful
I have 2 units linked and they are in HomeKit. I had them go off a couple times now as a result of pizzas dripping cheese in the oven.
Problem is, an alert never pops up from the app or HomeKit. Also in the history neither one shows they have ever gone off.
Don’t ignore all these 1 star reviews. They don’t work as advertised.
A Dangerous Joke: Onelink’s Unforgivable Failures
On the HomeKit subreddit, I discovered a plethora of users with similar harrowing tales. To make matters worse, customer support casually mentioned the product’s quiet discontinuation, suggesting a laughably inferior non-smart replacement.
This product is a complete betrayal, turning what should be nights of rest into dread-filled ordeals. Future buyers, heed this warning for your peace and safety.
