What's New in ONELock Access

2.3.0

October 29, 2026

What's New in 2.3.0 - Faster unlocking. Open and Close now start right away using the key saved on your phone. No more waiting on a spinner at the door when signal is weak. - Works offline for 8 hours. Opening the app with signal keeps your units and gates ready to use offline for the next 8 hours, even if you don't open a unit first. Gates now follow the same rule as units. - See when you last synced. The home screen shows when your access was last updated and how long your offline key lasts. Tap refresh or pull down to update it before you go somewhere with no signal. - A new home screen with a refreshed top bar, bottom navigation, unit cards and facility hours. - Safer sign-out. Signing out, or a session ending on another device, now removes your saved keys and units from the phone. - Reliability fixes for "wrong code" errors on gates, plus other improvements.

Failure

Hours of unsuccessful effort, NO tech support on Saturday evening and no description of when they are actually open. Lock out of my units, costing me a ton of money on unused crew, rental vehicle and missed deadlines.
PSPoorly Planned Software

Good

Don’t

Don’t use the app or the storage associated with it. Seriously.

Awesome!

The guy that wrote that one star review may have had an older version of this app. This app has been a great addition to our facility! We love the smart latches we’ve installed and the app works great with them. So glad we decided to do this! Now our clients can share access with anyone they want and no more lost cards or keys to units!!
