Major security problem
In the current version as of May 2026, even if the FaceID authentication fails, the 2FA code is displayed.
Impossible to use.
I’m trying to use this to log into my college account, my collage account wants me to submit a code, the app also wants me to submit a code, do I make the code or do you give a code to match. I just need this to log into school but cannot figure this out

Doesn’t work correctly
If you add an account it will just delete it after it’s added. Then you lose access to said account because you can’t get your code.
Login part
For my school uses this app and we have to go into school and get our IT guys to set it up which can be frustrating when I’m trying to do certain homework at home the requires my email login
Reduce button clicks, please!
Small request to the developers, but I use OneLogin daily to type in a short code. It would go almost twice as fast if I could hit submit from the keypad menu, rather than needing to exit the keypad and click a different button.

Very hard to use
This app is very difficult to get set up and use. It asks you what kind of account you want to set up, then goes straight to asking for a code which you don’t have. It doesn’t ever set up the account. Very not user friendly. NOT recommended.

Barely Works
It used to work fine but when I’m trying to log into workday and it send a verification code I can’t even get the app open god forbid it’s on my work computer.
Deleted all my passwords
When I got a new phone I made sure to do plenty of Icloud backups so my information would transfer to the new one. Onelogin did the exact opposite. It deleted all of my old passwords so I've been having trouble logging into websites, including college. Awesome! I've been on a bender, emailing and calling these websites to reinstate my 2fa to another app.

It used to work until the latest update now it kicks me out when I try to open it and asks for fingerprint for no reason.

Useless
Trying to use it to log into the Work app and he keeps saying I need to sign in but no one at work know how to use it and customer support is a waste of time.
Does not work
I used this for a few years, and then all of a sudden, when I’m out of town working on a homework assignment it decided to log me out and there is no way to get back in. There’s no customer support number (according to Chat GPT) and the bot does not work. It wants me to scan a QR code but there is none because Collin college wants me to log in with one protect to do so
