Great App
Had a big order of figures that I asked multiple requests for to lower shipping costs and the support helped me with all of them and answered quickly each time. One of these was to add extra packaging to protect all of my figures because they did not have boxes. I was very surprised with how amazing the packaging was as soon as I opened it that I wanted to write a review thanking whoever did it immediately. Each figure was bubble wrapped and disassembled in baggies with even more bubble wrap. Everything shipped fast and very safe. I trust and love this app and its customer service is great!

Favorite Proxy Service!
OneMall is my go-to app/website for buying goodies from Japan! The fees are reasonable, the app/website is [English] user friendly and shipping is quick and easy to process! Customer service is also amazing compared to certain other proxy services.. You can easily contact them via Discord, one of the customer service representatives, Olivia, always helps resolve my issues within a day or two!
