Great App
Had a big order of figures that I asked multiple requests for to lower shipping costs and the support helped me with all of them and answered quickly each time. One of these was to add extra packaging to protect all of my figures because they did not have boxes. I was very surprised with how amazing the packaging was as soon as I opened it that I wanted to write a review thanking whoever did it immediately. Each figure was bubble wrapped and disassembled in baggies with even more bubble wrap. Everything shipped fast and very safe. I trust and love this app and its customer service is great!

Hidden fee
I ordered manga on here and spent $10. It didnt say when it would be delivered or anything and so a week or so later, i checked where it was and well, it said it was waiting on me to pay the shipping fee, even after saying shipping was free when i ordered and paid. it was a $30 shipping fee for one book! one $10 book! i couldn't get a refund and im very unhappy with this app. good selection of products and i was really hoping i could buy here frequently, as they have tons of stuff of my favorite character i was hoping to buy

Itโs easy to use and translates to English easily. I use this app because it has the cheapest prices and reasonable shipping fee. I use this app to buy almost all of my anime merch because itโs been the most efficient and has the most variety that Iโve seen out of any other app. Very much recommend.

Good shop for buying figures and things in japan
You can find almost anything on Onemall and its really confusing at first but you get the hang of it, and the items there are cheap and the shipping fee is expensive but its ok

Before you buy make sure to prepare for higher shipping pricing than you are used to because it's shipping from Japan unless you live in Japan, if you live outside Japan I would recommend buying bigger orders so you can save on shipping.

Please listen to this review!!! Every single anime figure I brought was rather very expensive one or a bootleg, but this is actually the real deal! I found figures that are $14 that usually cost $70 online, Iโm using this app for figure collecting for now on!!!
