Big Problems
I previously used this app but upon loading the upgrade, found it wouldn’t work. That is annoying in itself but what makes me really angry is upon entering my email to log in, I began to receive junk mail. My data had been sold immediately and my junk mail increased from 4 to 63 in one day. I would not trust a company that has created a medical monitoring app but disrespects users by selling information. My rating should be zero stars.

Review of app
I’m not impressed at all with this meter and strips. I was trying not to spend a fortune on this meter and strips, however your website is lousy. I can’t send you a message, I can’t find the Ultra Plus strips, and overall I’m very disappointed.
Helping to monitor blood sugar and change some behaviors
Helps to determine what foods might spike my BS and help avoid those particular foods and also the timing of eating and how it affects BS.

It helps me to see what direction my blood sugar is heading.

It’s easy to use and to operate but I wish the icons in the notes were better explained. Overall, it’s a great tool to show your GP what your blood sugar is on a daily basis.

I like that this app it keeps track of my numbers & averages. I also use it to keep track of the food I eat.

This app everything you need to manage type 2 diabetes with accurate data and time framed reporting of blood glucose. It lets me know when dietary adjustments and exercise needs to increase. Coaching tops are available to assist. It is comprehensive.

Bluetooth sometimes has a problem keeping its connection on my new iPhone and the pop-up ads for test strips and needles are annoying and invasive.

Cannot login
Cannot login after trying to reset my passwords a few times. Able to login on the website without issues but cannot login to the app using the same username and password. Very frustrating!

I been having issues with the tester not uploading data to the app on my phone. Sometimes it will go a week without updating. This has happened many times. Then all of the sudden it will upload all the data from the last few days or week. A real pain.

when sending out weekly reports it does not include the insulin usage alongside the blood sugar measurement. Second item is when manually adding insulin there it is a bit cumbersome to switch between the different types of slow acting in long lasting insulin. It would be nice if that was a smoother process.
