DONT USE THEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had booked a flight on accident and was charged for it, I requested a refund and at first was told I’d be refunded my money. I then called and was told that it was a non refundable ticket when in reality I was told I was able to a refund, they don’t even offer air credits of any sort. Horrible customer experience. I do not recommend using this to get flight bookings in the slightest. They just steal your money. 350$ dollars down the drain. Absolute awful company

Fees, fees and more fees
They just charged me 3 fees for changing a flight when I bought insurance which was a complete waste of. You’re definitely better off booking directly with the companies rather than dealing with these guys and all of their fees

They input my name wrong and I was unable to check in for flights. Said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Nearly impossible to cancel or change flight if plans change. Book directly with the airline you are flying with.

Terrible experience not as advertised
Had a terrible experience with this booking company and will never use again. Have used other companies with much greater ease and Transparency in the past, but One Travel advertised car rentals in addition to my flight, so I reserved a $51 dollar car rental for 2 days in Orlando through Routes Car Rental. Upon arrival, the shuttle didn’t come for 40 min while i was on hold trying to call for it the entire time, the website advertised would not take my reservation number to call for pick up. Once we arrived the agent seemed helpful at Routes but would not budge on the price and said it would be up to One Travel to cancel the reservation I had made with my debit card. I tried to call one travel and use the chat for help but they just sent me to another number that I waited on hold once again for another 30 min, once I finally talked to an agent he put me on hold for another 45 minutes to call the rental company, finally the agent (who was very hard to understand) came back in the line to say they could not cancel the booking and would charge a fee of $75 which was more than the entire price of the original reservation, saying that the car rental company would not allow them to cancel the reservation, but the agent at Routes tried to say it was One Travel who forced us to keep the reservation or pay the fee. I’m not sure who was ultimately responsible as everyone was passing the buck, but I do know it was a terrible and incredibly misleading experience that took about 31/2 hours of our time and 3x the money we expected to pay. The shuttle service was not quick and I expect that it will be a difficult process for return as well and will require us to leave extra early, taking more time from our trip. Do it use OneTravel and expect lots of additional fees with Routes, without the additional driver it was going to be $153 total with a $500 hold so much higher than the $51 advertised as including all fees and taxes.

Awful experience
I called in needing assistance on making sure I was booking the right things for me and my family as we are new to flying the man with whom I spoke with was rude as soon as we got on the phone I had to let him know he was being rude and I’d rather figure it out on m own he pleaded his case and asked to assist so I let him being as I had no idea what I was doing he better than originally but still not quite listening I what I’m asking for or educated me on things I didn’t know so I tell him all my luggage and need for my flight just to get to the airport and he has booked me for the wrong luggage request assistance with the issue to be told I’ll be contacted in 24 hrs after three transfers and explaining my problem 12 times before some one could do that much I know or sure 2 of the 4 people I folded to see Catherine and Britt again they were very uneducated on how to help me not much understanding was made
