The website was easy to navigate. I downloaded the app to make my travels easy. And got points for downloading the app. I’m very happy with One Travel.
Worst ever🤬
Paid extra to cancel or change. Husband got ill and couldn’t make the trip. They will not refund or anything. I will absolutely never use again.

I had booked a flight on accident and was charged for it, I requested a refund and at first was told I’d be refunded my money. I then called and was told that it was a non refundable ticket when in reality I was told I was able to a refund, they don’t even offer air credits of any sort. Horrible customer experience. I do not recommend using this to get flight bookings in the slightest. They just steal your money. 350$ dollars down the drain. Absolute awful company

Fees, fees and more fees
They just charged me 3 fees for changing a flight when I bought insurance which was a complete waste of. You’re definitely better off booking directly with the companies rather than dealing with these guys and all of their fees

They input my name wrong and I was unable to check in for flights. Said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Nearly impossible to cancel or change flight if plans change. Book directly with the airline you are flying with.
