App not open

App cannot open on IOS 15.5

App does not work

1. It won’t let me reload my wallet unless it’s over the minimum amount of TEN THOUSAND dollars pfft
2. Card gets declined every single time even though I’ve made purchases on the same card on the same day.

Mostly Functional

The loading can be a bit iffy from time to time, but mobile orders have gone through well enough. Difficulty trying to use promotions when ordering on mobile, and I’m not sure if you can do it in person… definitely needs to add an ‘activate an offer at checkout’ function for mobile ordering.

OK.

It’s nice to see what coupons are available on your account, but mobile ordering is kind of dodgy. Their menu & prices don’t update when they have a promotion. I ordered a totaro & went into the store only to see they had $1 off the drink.

Poor design and can’t use money on app in person

The app is poorly designed. There’s a function to add 5 dollars to your wallet but you have to put a minimum of 10?.... to top it off, you can’t even use the money in person so if you have 4 dollars on it and want to spend it, you have to add 10 dollars to mobile order since everything is more than 4 dollars... what kind of logic is this? I can’t even use up all the money in my wallet without constantly reloading.
