Used to work perfectly
I came to the App Store in hopes of seeing that I needed to update my app, since there aren’t any updates maybe a review will help get this sorted? I’ve been controlling my Flat Nano+ for a few years with this app without issue. However I’m trying to adjust the schedule for it and it kicks me back to the Home Screen/device list every time I try to change something.

Easy to use
I don’t think the 2 star rating is fair at all. This is a very simple app that is easy to use. The only downside is the way you have to delete each timer from the latest to the first, which makes sense from a development standpoint because the next timer in sequence automatically sets the start time. There is a pairing walk through too, so setting up is easy. I don’t know what the fuss is about.

Are you serious
This is a horrible app, my lights doesn’t even want to connect with this stupid app
Simple app; does the job
TL;DR: The app is simple. The lights are simple. Read the instructions or watch the videos on first setup. // When you first boot up the app to connect a device, it runs through the intro to show you (with pictures) how to add new devices. If you skip past that, you can access the instructions again in the app’s menu, which is under the three lines on the top left. If you miss the bluetooth light and don’t know how to get it back, they even have instructional videos on their website or on YT that show you how to unplug the light, then plug it back in. They have videos that go into more detail for each of the different types of lamps. The language of the site is in Chinese, but the browser should have the option to translate it to whatever language you need. Otherwise, YT has videos listed if you look up ‘ONF’ or ‘ONF lights’ or something. I don’t know. It was easy to setup, so I didn’t need to go that far into it.

There are definitely some improvements that could be made
The app works, and for me, I use the “Daylight circle” so it’s a set it and forget it kind of thing. For that purpose it definitely gets the job done. However it’s not the easiest.
My main complaints are:
1) When you are adding your day light circle settings (ex. 50% brightness from 8am - 10 am) each subsequent setting is dependent on the end time of the one right before it. So if you have 3 settings (8-10, 10-12, 12-2) and you want to change the first setting go end at 11 instead of 10, you have to delete all of the later-in-the-day settings before it will let you adjust the earlier one.
2) When you make your daylight circle, you are limited to 6 different settings that it will cycle through for the day. That’s honestly enough, but it doesn’t indicate that until after you have added the 6th. This is super annoying considering my first issue (above) because you can only edit the timing of the latest-in-the-day setting. So when you find out that the 6th one you added is the last one you can add, and that schedule doesn’t cover the full day, you have to delete everything and start over.
3) My final issue is specific to the “Blue White Flat One +” but the color temperature graph is backwards on the Daylight Cycle chart. So full white with no blue on the actual light shows as dark blue on the graph (and vise versa). It doesn’t have that problem with the “Yellow White” version of the light.
So overall, because I rarely have to use the app, and once you understand its quirks it does serve its purpose (even if it’s a little frustrating) I’m giving it 3/5 start. Mostly because the light itself is really nice

Limited information
I purchased an ONF Misto (not Misto+) and downloaded the ONF Link app after clicking on the provided QR code and following the directions to do so — but the app does not work with Misto because the simple Misto does not have Bluetooth.
Always dropping connection
It would be fine, a very simple app, but fine. However, it took me about 10 attempts to set it up because it kept dropping the connection - I was less than 1m away. For a £120 led light you don’t expect these kinds of basic issues, my HD Prime works seamlessly compared to this. Please sort it out devs!

Horrible
The app is almost unuseae. The only way the Bluetooth stays connected is if I’m physically engaging with the app with it open on my screen. If I close the app because I have to leave the house, the automated settings no longer function. Total garbage.
Complete trash
I’m so disappointed how bad this app is. I really like how the light grows my plants; however like other posts, this app is complete garbage and needs a complete overhaul.
Timer pretty much useless
The timer simply does not work, unless you open the app and tap on it. Might as well do it manually. Seems like this app is not getting updated… wish I would have read the reviews and gotten a flat nano without app feature.
Watch the video on their site!!!
I would like to address some of the negative reviews as I completely understand why they are frustrated. Yes, it is true the “instruction manual” could use some work as it’s one page in English with 4 steps telling you basically how to plug it into a socket — not super helpful. What they fail to mention is when you are first trying to pair your light with your phone app — you have to click the small magnifying glass in the upper right corner to activate the app to go into “searching” mode. This is not intuitive to Western users as we associate that with searching for words or topics — not activating bluetooth pairing. Also, the issues people have with creating a schedule and not being happy with the inability to change your schedule. etc. can all be easily sorted out by watching the 3 minute video on the ONF website which walks you through the simple process of adding up to 5 different timeframes and light intensity to mimic a solar cycle. After I watched the video it was super simple to set the cycle. Also, on the website they provide a standard example of a cycle starting at 6AMand stopping at 10PM — I used this as my template for setting my 5 stages and it has been great on the two lights I own as of today. I highly recommend this product and love how it hangs on the side of my DOOA Neo glass containers…looks modern and clean and does a great job making the vegetation look very dynamic versus actual sunlight which seems to subdue the colors. Please just watch the video on the site :)

Do not buy these lights.
Awful programming. Cannot edit a program after it is written. I am stuck with a 2 hours on on time and cannot change it. These lights with the app are horrible. Tried to unplug the lights and uninstall/ reinstall the app. After pairing the old programs are still present. Can anyone help?
Great, but how do I edit the times?
@onf, once I've set my schedule, is there anyway to edit it? Only thing I can think to do is to remove the device, re-pair it, and start all over. Doesn't seem like a great solution though. Please let me know if there's something I'm missing.
Well Designed
Only purchased this for aesthetic purposes. A few typos in the instruction sheet but in terms of the overall app, rather intuitive, took 3 minutes to figure and functions to my expectation. I really wish the flat Nano+ came with a stand though.... @onf can you send me one please :’)
dumb it down, smoothen it out
Incredibly frustrating to use. First connecting the app , it doesn’t show you how. You just have to figure it out. I wish they’d dumb it down and show you how to connect the light and time settings. UI is very laggy and sluggish. Wish it’d run smoother. Also wish I would of bought the non Bluetooth since I didn’t know I’d be using a separate app than the first app they came out with

Ability to add Flat One would be ideal
App is simple enough, the timer with ability to adjust brightness for each schedule is a plus. The ability to edit timer is a bit annoying. You have to erase every time slots back to the one that needs to be edited and re-add them back after.... FLAT NAO+ and FLAT ONE are from the same company but two different apps for each light. Please update so that they can be in the same app.

Simple but needs a ton of work
This app is not user friendly. Took me forever to understand how to turn the Bluetooth on and off because it doesn’t just tell you for some reason. Also, once you put in specifics times in the timer portion app, there is no way to edit those times. You can only edit the brightness. Or is there way? I don’t know because it doesn’t tell you! I’m super bummed by how expensive this light was and it’s navigation and functions are trash. Probably won’t buy another one of these again.
