Unable to use FIRST250 voucher.
Added stuff on my cart to the value of R778. At payment applied the voucher successfully but then had to go back because I made mistake with number of goods. When I went back to add the FIRST250 voucher it did not work. Had to Cancelled the purchase . So annoying
Stealing my voucher
Try to pay with my credit card on the app, I also used a voucher of R250 on this transaction. The payment was declined because I made an error on my credit card number, but instead of giving me an option to redo payment, Zando cancels my order without refunding my voucher. So now I can’t use my R250 voucher, because Zando fraudulently claimed it on a transaction that was not successful.
Just another confirmation of why Superbalist is a million times better and more sophisticated, and why Zando will probably end up bust soon.

Totally unreliable company when it comes to meeting on time deliveries, and even worse when trying to get feedback from customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM ZANDO! Firstly, this app is pathetic! Full of glitches! Zando don’t seem to care. Do not buy from them. The quality of their products is very bad and when you try to return something, their drivers come to fetch your item, but they do not refund you. I returned a pair of boots because the quality was terrible and they were not cheap. The courier collected the item over a week ago, and Zando are acting as if they have not collected.

Nothing loads
Latest version is completely broken. Sits on loading screen perpetually and nothing happens, rendering it unusable.

Latest upgrade keeps crashing as you open the app. Guess there is no shopping with ZANDO then
'No products found'
Searching for a product reveals accurate suggestions but selecting one produces 'no products found'. A similar search on the web site produces dozens of products.

But needs work once you view something and go back it goes back to the top so if you half way down and view something and dont want it you have to start viewing all the items again to get to where you were its a bit irritating

CRASHING
Can't even open the app. Get an error message saying "your request cannot be processed". Please fix!
