Needs More Work
There has been some updates, which is nice. However, it would be great to see the applicants and under the posted job. Also, expand the message window so we can see a few lines.
Can’t send messages
I have done a job post and received responses yet when I type in a response back to the perspective hire. The send button that looks like a paper airplane does not respond. I can tap it over and over and it still does not send my message so I’ve basically reached a dead end.

Use the Web app
I just discovered that OJP has an iPhone app. I downloaded thinking it would make my life easier. This whole time, I’ve just been using their website from my phone. Well, this app is useless. it lacks so many core features that I don’t understand why they even released it., I cannot archive messages, mark them as spam, pin them, or do anything but respond. Since there is so much spam, this is quite frustrating. Until the mobile app approaches what I can get from the website alone, total waste of time & space.

Missing basic functionality
Just use the browser version. The app is not intuitive. Can never find the pinned workers, for example.
