Disaster disappointed experience
I booked a bike in Mysore and the store manager venu was not available at pick up time and waited more than 45 minutes there and tried to cancel due to this reason and costumer support also not ready to provide any refund stay away from ONN bikes if you are planning to rent a bike in mysore please stay away from ONN bikes really disappointed experience.

Fake app
We booked 2 bikes for 5 days through this app and paid the full amount online. However, when we went to pick up the bikes, they didn’t provide them. The staff were also very rude and didn’t speak to us respectfully. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking bikes through this app.

Unacceptable Delay and Poor Service from ONN Bikes Rental
I had a poor experience with ONN Bikes Rental. The bike I booked wasn’t available, and they replaced it with a scooter I didn’t prefer. The onboarding took 30 minutes, and their app and call support were ineffective when extending the rental. They took a deposit not disclosed upfront, and though refunded, it took 10 days. Overall, the service was slow, poorly communicated, and unprofessional.

Worst customer service and vehicles are in worst conditions
I had booked Activa but I got Honda Dio which was worst in condition and I returned back in 2 mins. After that also my order was not cancelled from system. I called the customer care number 4 times but no proper response from the team and no resolution provided. I didn’t get refund and next day the station manager is calling for returning vehicle when he can see that the vehicle is in his station only. I don’t prefer Onn bikes after this experience.

Unprofessional and cheaters, not recommend
Extremely unprofessional and rude, pls do not book online.
I booked avenger but it was under service so they handed me a old scooty where brakes were not working, at the same price. They give no cashback once u pay (even if early return, but ask late return charges).
Stupid business, cheating public. Not at all recommend.

Worst rentals ever !!!
Dont ever dare to take bikes here ..every vehicle is out of condition..after starting our ride within 10 mins the back tyre used to drag the bike oneside of the road ..and the agent told us to change the bike tyre with a second hand tyre with our own money and the amount will be refunded within 2 daya of completion of ride. 1 month passed still money not refunded ..and the delivery partner also not lifting the calls

One of the worst rental bike service providers in bengaluru(Kundalahalli Station, Marathalli)
I had booked a bike for a rent Avenger 220 street racer. When I went to the dealer he showed me an old scrap bike and told this is the only vehicle available although they had another one in good condition. The vehicle head light was just hanging there, the odometer was not working, handle alignment was not good and there was no back rest which I demanded specifically before I book. When I enquired about refund the person who sits at the dealer shop tells me ‘let me see how you will get your refund’ and yes she was right. Even the Onn bikes support person denied my refund of 2k!!!!

“I had an extremely bad experience with Onn Bikes in Hyderabad (17th–20th). The scooty given to me was in terrible condition. I checked 4–5 scooters and all had major issues — broken lights, no mirrors, bad brakes, non-working speedometer, and no fuel indicator.
When I refused to take such unsafe vehicles and asked for a refund, the staff rudely denied it. Even when I asked for a helmet, they casually said ‘no problem, just take it’ — showing no concern for safety.
At the time of return, the behaviour was again very pathetic. They even said openly that customer care will not take calls and ‘that’s in our hand’. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
Customer care also never responded, making the whole experience worse. I strongly advise others not to book with Onn Bikes.”

Worst service ever
I had one of the worst experiences with your service. Without even properly using the bike, I ended up paying ₹540, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. The condition of the bike provided was so bad that it’s difficult to even describe in words — it was clearly not maintained and definitely not roadworthy.

Better take rental from shop directly (little big story but its real)
I book and paid for scooter. Unfortunately i don’t have my original license but i have laminated copy. But they didn’t accept it, so i give my original pan, id card but they didn’t accept. They said they need 5000 rupees, i already pay rent then they r asking this money, so i call customer care but 1st time they took the call and said they will help for refund it will done from backend side. So i wait 2 days but nothing happen. Then when im calling its not connecting so i call from different number, its connecting bit later it will not connect. I already lose my money, so dont book from this

This app is a scam. They initially ask for a payment to book a bike. After I paid and arrived at the location to pick up the bike, they demanded my original government documents as security. No legitimate service should require customers to hand over their original documents. They refused to accept digital copies from DigiLocker or any alternatives. If you decline to submit your original documents, they refuse to refund your money.
Moreover, the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to any concerns. This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly advise against booking a bike through this app. App stores should seriously consider removing such fraudulent apps from their platforms.

Experience with ONN Bikes
Recently I took service from ONN bikes and I am quite satisfied with their work. Looking forward to use the service in future. I highly recommend to give a try once.
Pathetic service
They gave me an Activa that would automatically stop if I wasn't constantly accelerating. It was a terrible experience in Bengaluru traffic. On the second day, it took several minutes to start. The scooter lacked balance, and I suspect it had serious issues. I returned it after just one day, even though I had booked it for two. I don't recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from ONN.

Hilarious Experience
I booked the Activa for 8 hrs for a day below are some points which made my experience hilarious.
1. There was no good condition scooty available so I requested to change the vehicle from activa to any other bcz all three activa having some issues (handling, breaking and lock system, also some mechanical parts were very hard which hurt me alot.
2. The behaviour of staff is not good; Staff needs to be trained.
3. Riding the scooty first time gave me unsafe experience and I wasn’t confident about the riding because there was tons of issues are there in the scooter.
4. There is no refund policy if user is not happy with the condition of bike they are providing during the pickup.
I request everyone please try with any other offline partner, your mood and trip will spoil with their bikes. I will give 0.5 stars if I can give worst experience.

Unsupportive staffs and customer support centre
There a default in an app, which indicates there mistake. They didn’t refund single money for my cancellation. When spoke to customer support they were rude to me and said clear in you will not be provided with refund.
Better opt for other rental bikes so easy with processing and handling.
Here bike station people and customer support is very rude.

A service that actually works
I used this app and availed their service to rent a bike in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The app needs some improvements for sure but it does get the job done.
The team I had to interact with onsite was very pleasant and I have absolutely no complaints. All the instructions were precise and no surprises.
Their customer support is good too. Thanks to the company for their service. This app was a great help.

Poor Experience at Hyderabad
I had to wait for more than an hour after the scheduled pick up time to get vehicle. After that as well vehicle was in very poor state. No rear view mirrors, brakes were loose, vehicle parts were loose. Upon asking to repair or replace vehicle they said go to another location for that. Very very poor and unprofessional behaviour. They shouldn’t be allowed to run this business

Very bad service i told them to extend they send me link i was busy the link expired in 30 minutes next day they came and take 1500 extra charge and take the Scooty with them don’t rent bike or scooty with them.
