Worst customer service and vehicles are in worst conditions
I had booked Activa but I got Honda Dio which was worst in condition and I returned back in 2 mins. After that also my order was not cancelled from system. I called the customer care number 4 times but no proper response from the team and no resolution provided. I didn’t get refund and next day the station manager is calling for returning vehicle when he can see that the vehicle is in his station only. I don’t prefer Onn bikes after this experience.

One of the worst rental bike service providers in bengaluru(Kundalahalli Station, Marathalli)
I had booked a bike for a rent Avenger 220 street racer. When I went to the dealer he showed me an old scrap bike and told this is the only vehicle available although they had another one in good condition. The vehicle head light was just hanging there, the odometer was not working, handle alignment was not good and there was no back rest which I demanded specifically before I book. When I enquired about refund the person who sits at the dealer shop tells me ‘let me see how you will get your refund’ and yes she was right. Even the Onn bikes support person denied my refund of 2k!!!!

Better take rental from shop directly (little big story but its real)
I book and paid for scooter. Unfortunately i don’t have my original license but i have laminated copy. But they didn’t accept it, so i give my original pan, id card but they didn’t accept. They said they need 5000 rupees, i already pay rent then they r asking this money, so i call customer care but 1st time they took the call and said they will help for refund it will done from backend side. So i wait 2 days but nothing happen. Then when im calling its not connecting so i call from different number, its connecting bit later it will not connect. I already lose my money, so dont book from this

Beware — Fraudulent App!
This app is a scam. They initially ask for a payment to book a bike. After I paid and arrived at the location to pick up the bike, they demanded my original government documents as security. No legitimate service should require customers to hand over their original documents. They refused to accept digital copies from DigiLocker or any alternatives. If you decline to submit your original documents, they refuse to refund your money.
Moreover, the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to any concerns. This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly advise against booking a bike through this app. App stores should seriously consider removing such fraudulent apps from their platforms.

Hilarious Experience
I booked the Activa for 8 hrs for a day below are some points which made my experience hilarious.
1. There was no good condition scooty available so I requested to change the vehicle from activa to any other bcz all three activa having some issues (handling, breaking and lock system, also some mechanical parts were very hard which hurt me alot.
2. The behaviour of staff is not good; Staff needs to be trained.
3. Riding the scooty first time gave me unsafe experience and I wasn’t confident about the riding because there was tons of issues are there in the scooter.
4. There is no refund policy if user is not happy with the condition of bike they are providing during the pickup.
I request everyone please try with any other offline partner, your mood and trip will spoil with their bikes. I will give 0.5 stars if I can give worst experience.

A service that actually works
I used this app and availed their service to rent a bike in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The app needs some improvements for sure but it does get the job done.
The team I had to interact with onsite was very pleasant and I have absolutely no complaints. All the instructions were precise and no surprises.
Their customer support is good too. Thanks to the company for their service. This app was a great help.

Worst Service provider At Store
Booked a scooty around (HSR LAYOUT SECTOR 7) 16th July 2023 ,01:00pm and bike breakdown at 3pm again we went to store and we ask for replacement he said not possible and he gave some address go for repair and we went there also but that garage was closed . We went to store and ask for replacement he said ok wait I do .He almost wasted 2hrs around 5pm he gave another scooty that is also not in good condition we waited till 6:30pm and he replaced one more scooty now it is in good condition but we fill petrol in previous scooty around 400rs he said mechanic is not their so I can’t help it .
* He doesn’t have manners how to behave with customers .

App usability, reliability needs to be improved
TL;DR Really good option, wish there were more centres in Bengaluru especially for those who use for <10 hours I had called twice a day before whether I would get the vehicle at mentioned time Despite that I had to wait for 30 minutes four their staff to come App did not bother to update the pickup time as 30 minutes late despite its their fault No courtesy shown by the staff to reduce the extra billable kilo meters or waive off penalty for not extending (to drop off - had come 40 minutes after the previously mentioned end time) App usability hit me hard Extending procedure can be improved At the least app experience of extending I thought I had extended the ride based on the app screen But actually it had not got updated it seemed

Pathetic booking and cancelling experience.
I had booked a bike for 9pm, was not able to make it to the booking site, so I planned to cancel the current bike and then get a different one later. The app charged me Rs 450 for cancellation, just for a booking, I have not even gotten the bike in my hand. The only way to contact someone is apparently through their social media handles, no information is there on the apps. I contacted someone to check on getting a full refund and they said nothing can be done because I have already cancelled it on my end. I will never use this app again.

Need professionalism
I don't know why this place is seen as bike rental provider. They lured us by giving cheapest offers. When we went to the place it was run by four idiots who were busy playing BGMI giving creepy vibes. They gave us the worst possible vehicle, it seemed as if every vehicle part was competing to showcase their cacophonous sound making ability. They didn't even provide helmets using COVID as an excuse. Their target audience are locals who will rent vehicles even after having vehicle of their own. What a lousy dream, should be given tight slap for their customer service too which is handled by some undergraduate kids whose prompt response is "nothing can be done sir".
They didn't allow us to take scooter to Nandi hills. Tell me something, who the hell will ride 216km limit in a city like Bangalore. Maybe you and your moron teammates. At last we returned the scooty to them because it was useless to us. Its a shame such scammer are running their business without facing any consequences. I would recommend everyone to avoid these scammers and go to a proper rental for better experience.

For me Onn Ride scooters was the worst bike rental company you will ever find.
1. Management was very disrespectful and not polite towards the customers
2. Bikes they are providing were scrap kind vehicles having rust, Dents and teared seats.
3. About the working condition horns,self, brakes will not work properly. They manage such changes by pretending repair infront of us. If we ask more changes they’ll ask us to adjust with local automobile service centers.
4. About the delivery, we’ll get a message early but they make us wait for an hour and deliver the bike. For us 2 bikes were given at madhapur and the other two they’re asking us to ride 12km to dimond hills and get from there. This is how they treat the customers
5. In my case 3 times vehicles met the breakdown.
6. They won't provide helmet and we’re responsible for the the challan if we get caught for not wearing it
7. They demand us to provide good rating online. Whatever the rating you found online is came by that way only.

Fraudulent company
I booked an Activa for 26th Dec 2021 in Hyderabad and went to the pickup point for vehicle. There comes the surprise,the vehicle taken by the previous person was not yet returned and the responsibile person in the location said he already initiated for refund I would get the money within 1 week. I followed with them in customer care for almost 2 weeks now and still there is no response. Now they have blocked my number and I am still trying from alternative numbers. Don't ever book with them,perfect cheaters.

So basically I booked a activa bike for 4 hours near Raja Honda Koramangala. When I reached their they asked me how many hours of booking , I said 4 hours. Right after that he told me their are no bikes available and I can many bikes lying around .So I called the customer service and asked him about refund .He’s telling after 1 week you will receive. I scam what they are doing they only give bikes for monthly which is clearly not mentioned anywhere and the refund takes 1 week . So I’m not the only one complaining u can check many in google reviews if I’m wrong

I had a visit at Udaipur and staff was rude expected a dio and they told me chahiye to le Jao neither is ok bhut customer hain

I repaired puncture once my self and one other time and had a very bad experience will never suggest someone to book over here 😤 then I was only 15 miniute late I told them that activa is puncture and they still charged me 100 bucks for being 15 miniute

Fraud and scam
This is a fraudulent company, support is worst. I paid the money to confirm my booking, when I went to pick up my ride the person I was supposed to contact was not answering the call, support number was not wprking hence I was not able to pick up my ride and had to reschedule the trip again from a different vendor. When I tried to cancel the trip it was deducting the entire money as a cancellation charge. I guess I am never going to get back my money back. But this used to be a great company now its just a trash and money looting company running scams. Please do have a good check before booking a ride with them. The pickup location I was to pick my ride was an empty building with no office information.

* Helmet: only one provided that too had no visor and no clip to tighten
Station attendant: extremely rude, unprofessional and irresponsible
* Customer service: super bad. No care shown for customer and customer’s issues. Very unprofessional. No patience and friendliness shown. Very judgmental and impolite and of no help whatsoever.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience yesterday morning with the rental station in Bellandur.
The station person was very rude and was dishonest about the availability and the state of the available scooters. saying that out of 5 scooters only one was working and others had issues.
The one he made us choose already had a lot of scratches and parts of the body were broken too(i have pictures too)
He insisted that we get the formalities done before he can let us test the scooter.
he assured us that after he is done we can check and he will refund in case of any issues.
but after we found that the scooter's rear tyre or engine was making repetitive noise as asked to replace it or return it.
as a replacement, he offered us another scooter which he had denied in the beginning saying that it had engine issues.
we tried calling the customer support. but they also insisted that we take the second scooter(with suspected engine issues)
we left the scooters there and returned without taking any.
Tried to reach customer care again but all they want is that i speak with the station attendant again who already is lying about everything.

Worst service
First of all, there is no dedicated location or spot for Onn bike for the one I booked. And when I contacted them after waiting for 10 min, he simply lashed out at me, saying that you even didn’t call me and saying that you are waiting for 10 minutes, one hour and so on! I just asked him where he is and he is getting angry at me and he cut my phone!
Again, when I finally found place and went there, then he was talking to me so rude! I cancelled the ride and they deducted entire money! Thats it! I never want to try Onn bikes ever again!
