Worst app for rental bikes and scooters

Hello everyone, I recently visited Bengalore and I booked a scooty of 125 cc. When I visited to pick the scooter at Marathahalli branch . They were not having any scooter stock available when I asked to show them bike as a replacement all the bikes were damaged and not in good condition. They were not having even the helmets to riders to provide. It was clearly mentioned that one helmet is complementary from there end but not even a single helmet they have in stock. If you try to cancel the booking after that you will only receive 80% amount back and 20% non refundable. Only booking charges cost me around 150 rupees. Simply without any use of benefits. Never ever go with freedo best one can be suggested is Royal brothers

Trusting it was the worst mistake

I saw the bad reviews still I trusted the service i should have avoided it at the first when the hub doest have the vehicle which was booked. I booked for 15 days and this is the worst mistake i have done by choosing freedo. From past 2 days and including today i am struggling to get the vehicle repaired as it was breakdown in middle of the road but still no resolution provided. So it is better to avoid them. I think the vehicle is only for 4-5 days later you can return it and consider buying a new one from outside. This is totally worst experience i have ever had. They only have scrapped scooty which they provide for rental it is totally worst and pathetic

Best service in Patna

I Rented a Glamour bike from Freedo and honestly had a really good experience. The bike was in great condition, smooth to ride, clean, and well maintained. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

They also helped me with coins/discounts on the booking, which was a nice gesture. Everything was handled professionally and I didn’t face any issues during the rental period.

Based on my personal experience, I’d say don’t judge only by a few negative reviews. My experience was genuinely very positive and I’d definitely rent from them again. 👍

UNWORTHY

I could say I made a biggest mistake of my life by choosing this app even though it’s my first time and the last time, especially the vehicle that they have given to me is disaster almost 90% of the time on the road it gets stuck they don’t fix it anyone I had booked it for one month now and I want to cancel because of the condition of the vehicle they are saying it’s not possible to cancel and not possible to refund. About others, but I am seriously unhappy with this and this would be my last transaction with you.

Fraud app dont book anything from here

I went to goa for vacation paid them money for scooty booking in panjim area i was getting late so even i did modification and paid them extra 300₹ for time slot but when i reached place where i has to pickup scooty the person denied that he dont have any scooty available but freedo app was showing available i trusted this fraud rental freedo but i requested you all to not consider this app at any cost as at the refund time when they wont be able to provide you any scooty or bike they will say sorry sir modification charge not refundable but when i was adding modification their customer executive told me yh refund nahi hota apka bs booking amount rerund hoga
