Best service in Patna

I Rented a Glamour bike from Freedo and honestly had a really good experience. The bike was in great condition, smooth to ride, clean, and well maintained. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

They also helped me with coins/discounts on the booking, which was a nice gesture. Everything was handled professionally and I didn’t face any issues during the rental period.

Based on my personal experience, I’d say don’t judge only by a few negative reviews. My experience was genuinely very positive and I’d definitely rent from them again. 👍

UNWORTHY

I could say I made a biggest mistake of my life by choosing this app even though it’s my first time and the last time, especially the vehicle that they have given to me is disaster almost 90% of the time on the road it gets stuck they don’t fix it anyone I had booked it for one month now and I want to cancel because of the condition of the vehicle they are saying it’s not possible to cancel and not possible to refund. About others, but I am seriously unhappy with this and this would be my last transaction with you.

Fraud app dont book anything from here

I went to goa for vacation paid them money for scooty booking in panjim area i was getting late so even i did modification and paid them extra 300₹ for time slot but when i reached place where i has to pickup scooty the person denied that he dont have any scooty available but freedo app was showing available i trusted this fraud rental freedo but i requested you all to not consider this app at any cost as at the refund time when they wont be able to provide you any scooty or bike they will say sorry sir modification charge not refundable but when i was adding modification their customer executive told me yh refund nahi hota apka bs booking amount rerund hoga

Bad service

I am beyond disgusted with my experience with Freedo. If I could give zero stars, I would.
First of all, the pricing is a total scam. They are charging premium rates for what exactly? Certainly not for a smooth process or a decent vehicle. I’ve seen luxury rentals with more transparent pricing than this absolute joke of a company.
The booking process was appalling. I have never dealt with a more incompetent system or a more useless team. Trying to get a simple booking confirmed felt like pulling teeth. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly unprofessional—acting like they’re doing me a favor by taking my money.
Save your sanity and your cash. Go literally anywhere else. This place is a masterclass in how to run a business into the ground through greed and pure incompetence. Never again.

I booked xpluse 200T for the first time from Kolkata for 2 days, and when I went for the pickup I was informed that the vehicles which were available were not suitable for riding, like why ? As new customer I could have brought more people into this rental services but I got this kind of service. Very disappointed, Should have given 1 star but I got refund immediately for that I didn’t had to wait only for that gave 2 stars.

Worst service ever

This has to be the most pathetic and unprofessional service I have ever come across. Freedo Rentals is a complete scam — even after a confirmed booking, they shamelessly denied giving me the vehicle and had the audacity to say the waiting time was another 2 hours. Then why even take bookings in the first place? This company clearly has no respect for customers, no management, and zero reliability. They ruined my entire schedule, wasted my precious time, and left me stranded. Absolute fraudsters who don’t deserve to be in business. If there was an option for zero or negative stars, Freedo Rentals would get it. Avoid this useless company at all costs.

Wastage of time and very bad service while pick up

I went to sector 63 noida to pick the bike on two different occasions on weekends. My time slot was 10-11AM. On the first occasion I was asked to wait for 2-3 hrs as they did not had the bike ready for pick up. I had keep chasing and following up to get the bike and I was offered no compensation for my wastage of time. I was told that they have less staff. It is not customers’ responsibility. Other customers were also treated the same way. Today when I reached, I faced the same thing. I asked why do they give time slot which they cannot fulfil then they asked me to either wait 1-2 hrs or get a refund. I travelled for 10 kms to pick the vehicle to get a refund??? It is pathetic service at the pick up store. I am very disappointed by the lack of responsibility and pathetic service at the place. Do not go to the store for pick up as they will waste your 2-3 hrs.

I am very happy with this bike rental app. It is super easy to use and I can quickly book bike ride whenever I need it. I tried many bike rental apps before, but this one is the best. The bikes are in good condition, and the prices are also reasonable. I always prefer to rent a bike on rent for city travel, and this app is my go-to. I recommend this bike rental app to everyone.

Worst service and defective bikes

I am sharing my feedback for noida sector 63 freedo rental as I was regular customer of them and my feedback and concern are centric to this branch. It looks like they just started the business without considering proper services or I should say basic required services to their customer. Every time if a person is picking up from their branch he has to wait for hours as the bikes always had issue and they either let us wait or they handover the bikes in very poor condition like brakes are not good,
Fuel indicator is not working, sometimes accelarator wire is not in good condition.
Since they do not have any parallel competition yet that is why they are able to run it else I don’t think they could even survive with this customer service.

It's Pathetic, don't be fooled by the fake reviews.

I had booked a bike through them. They charge money up front, then may not provide you vehicle if they can't complete KYC. Shouldn't KYC be done before charging money? There is cancellation fees even if you cancel right after booking and customer service just won't pick your calls. They can provide you very old vehicle as well and nothing you can do about it since you already paid. Please go for other options even if they may be more pricey.

Very poor service

All bikes are old and damage at freedo noida where houses , even second hand bikes are in better condition at other places . Today we booked extream 200s , so when we went there we saw that bike were in bad conditions without maintenance and servicing and also some parts of bike are broken , head light didn’t working properly, and The Main problem is I would like to point here is that bike gets very very hot while riding , I felt like it would catch fire at any moment it got so much hot. And the wrost part is customer service centre……. They didn’t reply , No matter what happens , these people don’t answer the phone call. VERY PATHETIC

Fraud

Don’t book from this app. I have booked a bike through Freedo, after the payment was done. They denied to rent afterwards by saying incomplete documents (completely understandable).
Then I said okay, then kindly refund the amount I paid. Then they denied that as well. Saying I have to cancel on app which was imposing cancellation charges.
In nutshell they will make you do the payment and then they will deny the service, and will refuse to refund. After fighting with them they will refund half the amount after imposing cancellation charges.
Not surprised by the fact that they don’t care to respond on email or customer support number.

Practically speaking I had bus at 7 to Manali . I called their customer care they have arranged the pick up of the vehicle .so that I can reach in time to Manali ..I don’t think any other service is available like Freedo .Thank you so much Freedo you just saved my time & money …

Fraud and Totally Waste vehicles

I booked a ride of xtream 160 and date 10-11 Nov for 1 day and when I reached the office to pickup the bike (Noida 63) they told me the bike is not available and already booked by some other customer , if the bike was booked by other people then how I was able to book the bike … then they suggested to pay more and book another ride to I booked xtream 200 … the fuel was empty the bike stopped just after 2 minutes leaving the office and after that I felt the tyre was slipping to much then i checked and got a puncture man he told me the bike 7-8 punctures to fix … I called to rental office of freedo they didn’t pick the call .. I paid 400rs to fix all punctures and then I came back to office and they didn’t even said sorry and blaming me for punctures … how I am supposed to puncture 7-8 times in just a 15-20 minutes… I can’t explain more but a lot happened after that … the office staff is worst specially those two how receive calls , actually they don’t receive calls they calls customers to pay the unwanted amount like excess km hour etc … and the way they talk if we complain something about there bike is worst …

Over all good experience

I booked a scooty in Jaipur which was delivered on time and the condition of vehicle was good also the documentation procedure is easy. however,
there is mention of additional charge for delivery but nowhere you have mention about the pickup charges i.e 99 rs each for delivery and pickup which is too high please reconsider it for a rental vehicle of 500 paying 200 additional for the home delivery and pickup is way too much.

Ongoing service

Hi there, myself Tanmay using the bike rental service from freedo and it has been exactly 15 days today on 22nd of may and honestly writing that i had a very quick service in terms of delivery of the vehicle which I rented on 7th of may and today was the day when i was supposed to handover the vehicle but yes the rates and services they are offering made me to extend the ride. I have just extended the ride for 30 more days as I travel to my office with the rented vehicle. I believe that people in india are writing reviews only when they are facing some issues with the service and that’s great you should be doing that but also do write the review when you receive a good service. Freedo team you guys are offering a very good service at a very reasonable rate and I appreciate it. Keep up the good work and i will also write a review on the handling over service when i will end my package to let others know the ending as well !! Cheers 🎉

Freedo Complaint on Practice

On Apr 15th I booked a hero xpulse 200T and set to pick up delivery on 17th Apr. The guy who came to pick up the vehicle showed me a dent on bike and showed me bike picture when they delivered it to me and in that picture dent was not there because I believe it was taken from an angle. Luckily I had the video evidence which showed the dent but very irresponsible practice from company that lead to making falsifying claim. Not happy with such practice of the company, either you keep correct picture or make sure you listed out the faults of bike on the paper. I believe this issue need to addressed or it will turn into a harassment by Freedo employees in future.
