Hopeless hopeless hopeless

Using these solicitors will negatively impact your life plans.

Useless app

I’m not sure where to start. First and foremost, I can’t even send messages, which I believe is one of the main purposes of this application - facilitating easy communication with the conveyor. I’m paying for something that doesn’t fulfill its intended purpose. The app doesn’t seem to be properly configured for iOS, while it appears to work seamlessly on my partner’s Android device. Overall, I’m quite dissatisfied with it.

Finally …

a firm of solicitors that move with the times and use an app. Who would thought I’d see the day?!

Terrible App and Solicitors

If you are just downloading the app, chances are that you have just instructed ONP and setting up your profile - in which case my only advice as an existing struggling buyer would be to immediately pick another conveyancer. This app is just not fit for purpose. They don’t have an online portal where you can download documents and store it directly into your computer. With this app, you have to save each document into your cloud and manage a lot of documents via the phone which is not practical at all. Worst of all is that my case manager is non-responsive via the app. There have been so many delays due to ONP.
