Glitch fest
Constantly breaks and crashes, causing you to reload the app which then signs you out so you have to log back in again. Adds about an hour to each working day using this app. If you don’t have Wifi forget it, grass grows quicker than this app loads.

Works, but badly
You get signed out if you leave the app for a second, the fact that it’s web based is a nightmare. Sometimes I need to check an address and I can be waiting 5 mins plus for it to finish loading. Yes it works, but it’s also a constant source of misery to my day. Wish my company would just issue paper certifications so we could do away with this app.

Always logging me out.
App not keeping me logged in and isn’t remembering my log in info even though I’ve checked the box to save my log in info. The ability to upload more than one photo at a time also needs to be added. And an offline mode. Most annoying issue is the fact it takes forever to load a photo or load pretty much anything for that matter

Lots of lag and crashing.
The functionality on this app is decent it does what you want it to, the waiting for it to do those things is mildly infuriating and it’s quite unstable shutting itself down regularly. Needs maintenance and updates.
