Great App with amazing customer service
So we have used this app year on year, it’s simple and does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s honestly one of the best apps/platforms I have used. If you have an error uploading data it tells you exactly what is wrong and where which is a brilliant tool.
We discovered a minor bug and highlighted it to the customer service, 3 days later they solved the issue and had an update approved for roll out which fixed our issue, if this isn’t amazingly great service I don’t know what is.
Seriously give this app a go!
