Product Glitches
Frustratingly run the software for 5yrs, program glitches & falls over constantly. Without support resolving.
This app has so many issue
Contact Tony have issues with this app and wish my company would invest in something else.
Feels like 2005
This has to be the most out of date, worst app I’ve ever used. My orders spontaneously disappear after working on them for hours. I get logged out all the time. This is becoming quite the headache. Get your stuff together and hire some better people to run this. I use other similar apps for ordering and they are leaps ahead of this dinosaur

Keeps on kicking me out while refreshing my orders
Many times while working on the app, the app just closes up.
Also when trying to refresh the main screen, many times it gets to 10% loading and then the app just closes

Been forced to use it with my company for over two years now. It’s awful. Nothing but problems and glitches. Look elsewhere.
