Frustratingly run the software for 5yrs, program glitches & falls over constantly. Without support resolving.
This app has so many issue
Contact Tony have issues with this app and wish my company would invest in something else.
Feels like 2005
This has to be the most out of date, worst app I’ve ever used. My orders spontaneously disappear after working on them for hours. I get logged out all the time. This is becoming quite the headache. Get your stuff together and hire some better people to run this. I use other similar apps for ordering and they are leaps ahead of this dinosaur

Keeps on kicking me out while refreshing my orders
Many times while working on the app, the app just closes up.
Also when trying to refresh the main screen, many times it gets to 10% loading and then the app just closes

Been forced to use it with my company for over two years now. It’s awful. Nothing but problems and glitches. Look elsewhere.

When it works it’s great! When it doesn’t which is usually once a months it’s extremely frustrating!

L’app sur iPad est plutôt bien faite, sur les app B2B utilisé ça reste une de mes préférés.
Mais le gros point noir reste le BackOffice, il est très lent est rempli de bugs.
La solution n’est pas utilisable au quotidien dans l’état.
Après deux ans d’utilisation je constate très peu amélioration
Les promesses de leur site internet n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous…

Out-of-the-box Configurations
The one thing I love about this solution is if we were processing orders one way and now need to make a change to the approval process or the discount policy it's an out-of-the-box configuration in Pepperi.
This app is great!
The most important part of Pepperi’s platform for our business is that we have been able to configure it to meet all of our ongoing business needs. There is always a business rule, a pricing policy, or a promotion condition that we need to change. When we implemented Pepperi things were set-up one way, however we can change these configurations on our own in their back office with no coding. A system that requires high level technical knowledge or coding for customization is not going to keep up with changing business needs. There is a learning curve to get the hang of Pepperi’s back office, however this a critical capability and well worth it.

Not only have I been in sales 30 years how about develop a program that actual works? Crashes all the time just what a busy sales rep in the feild wants to use. The false advertising of “saves time” extremely miss leading. More like add 2-3 more hours entering orders. Have an employee of the company that deals with day to day tasks explain how this needs to work.
Apple is by far the worst platform to be on for daily orders. Mobile software needs to be mobile. I’m a extremely savvy computer tech person so that’s not the issue

Every thing looks perfect but...
The App looks perfect , they will say it can do all the functions you wanted. Only after you signed up they start saying “the function you wanted will cost you extra $5k to implement “.
Support is slow. If your operation runs on weekends as well don’t expect there will be support if some thing goes wrong
However, app interface is intuitive easy to use
Oh did I mention that implementation will begin after you signed up? Which means if it takes 3months for them to get you up and running, you will be left with 9months before you get slammed with another contract renewal. In my case it took more than 6months for them to do it, they did managed to get my first contract extended with upgrading my account to a higher tier

Very Efficient
The most versatile and efficient sales app I have come across by a long stretch. Customisable and easy to use. Great customer service too.
Worst App and business ever!!!
I just spent $69.99 on this app because I wanted to have an e-catalog option for buyers. This app does not do anything that it advertises. There isn’t even an option to create an order. I literally spent money on an app that has the Pepperi logo. I have tried reaching out to the company for help and instead I get the round about and then I eventually receive an email saying that someone should be able to call me sometime next week.

Great sales tool!
Super easy to use, great visuals for your customers, and has great reporting on best sellers, etc. If you ever have an issue, customer service is quick to respond. Really great app for order entry, keeping track of account history, automatically emails order copies, too many great features to mention! Wish more vendors used it!!

Improved my business
It took a little getting used to on set up, but once it was up and running has been a HUGE benefit. Sales up and streamlined
Complicated
Very complicated to setup and the “back end” is hard to decipher. They are really helpful initially but after they decide you are set up then you are on your own. If you want them to change it for you then it is too much trouble for them. They expect you to figure it out on your own.

Great product, there have been some faults over the year and a half i have been using it but best tool i have worked with to help our Sales guys out in the field. Such a great tool to have in the field where everything is in 1 place.
Not to mention the Webapp best thing pepperi have brought out to be honest, our office guys are now able to use it to their abilities. We also keep track of the reps targets and sells for each month so it is also very easy for the reps to see how they are doing.
Reporting is great also. This tool is just the beginning for us and we cant wait to see what they bring to the table next. The help desk is amazing also, and Merav who provides the webinars is fantastic, very helpful and always has time for you.

Terrible customer assistance
Since the new order center has come into effect the entire app is like 40% slower absolutely rubbish customer service have not a week goes by without us having issues... look elsewhere
Fantastic tool for sales reps
This is just life changing for B2B sales reps out on the road. Can take orders on my iPhone, tablet wherever I am, even when offline. Highly recommended
