Great App with amazing customer service
So we have used this app year on year, it’s simple and does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s honestly one of the best apps/platforms I have used. If you have an error uploading data it tells you exactly what is wrong and where which is a brilliant tool.
We discovered a minor bug and highlighted it to the customer service, 3 days later they solved the issue and had an update approved for roll out which fixed our issue, if this isn’t amazingly great service I don’t know what is.
Seriously give this app a go!

This app isn’t so good, it’s not easy to use on iPad at all , you are unable to use it horizontally , you can’t move products around easily;
I used to work on Handshake and that was the best app ever so sad they closed down this app.

Onsight gave us an opportunity to be a lot more efficient at selling and gathering informations.

Definitely the app to Use if you need to do a lot of repeating quotations.
It will be even better if user is able to customise the quote or order themselves without charge.

Good to use but error a lot
Customer can’t login, there was an error syncing the account. Please fix . (iPad and iPhone)

We have used Onsight for many years now and LOVE it! It syncs with our accounting software making things so much easier. Sasha and the team are so accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Our catalogue looks so professional and represents who we are! It’s very user friendly when making changes. The ordering app that our Account Manager’s use is very easy and has honestly cut back on errors as there is no more tying out orders. It’s all done by a touch screen and automatically sent to our accounting software. I can’t say enough good things about how Onsight has changed the way we do business!!
