The onstrategyhq solution is fantastic for establishing an achievable strategic plan. The mobile app would get a 5 if you could get to reports.

You'll need to purchase a subscription at their website, so this being a "free" app is like having a free walk to the gym '-)
I've been very kind and given it 4 stars with the caveat to any reading there's no way to assess the app unless one is a subscriber.
