Scam ( 2026) Do not use
I have worked with this app for last 3 years but this year they are scamming people working for them. I completed 4 orders of snow removal during snowstorm conditions but was not paid. Wrote 3-4 emails but no response. Please don’t use.

Initially, the app was good. You place a request and someone would pick it up overnight and your driveway would be cleared of snow. Now, nothing happens. But even more worrying, I had $50/- taken out of my credit card when I never used their service. Contacted support and absolutely no response after 48 hours. Stay away from this app.

Unreliable
My last three snowfalls have yielded me NO service. The app is nice and sleek but I’ve not gotten any response this season save one time. I’m removing the app and pursuing an independent contractor. So disappointed
