Scam ( 2026) Do not use
I have worked with this app for last 3 years but this year they are scamming people working for them. I completed 4 orders of snow removal during snowstorm conditions but was not paid. Wrote 3-4 emails but no response. Please don’t use.
Was good…not any longer
Initially, the app was good. You place a request and someone would pick it up overnight and your driveway would be cleared of snow. Now, nothing happens. But even more worrying, I had $50/- taken out of my credit card when I never used their service. Contacted support and absolutely no response after 48 hours. Stay away from this app.

My last three snowfalls have yielded me NO service. The app is nice and sleek but I’ve not gotten any response this season save one time. I’m removing the app and pursuing an independent contractor. So disappointed

Snow defeated
I recently sustained a back injury related to shoveling all of this snow. I had heard of onthe step from the news last year, I had downloaded the app at that time but didn’t have to use it as I was able to keep up with the snow. I procrastinated about using this app but needed assistance so I sent along my request on a Tuesday evening, Wednesday at 6a.m. a stepper was shoveling my front walk, he did a fantastic job! I just had my walk shoveled out again after the weekend blizzard great work! Would definitely recommend (already have)

Driveway was shovelled within 2 hours and they did an impeccable job. Works so well if you are out of town as they send a picture of the completed work so you know it’s was done and done well.
