worst delivery app you can use
i dont even write reviews this is literally my first app review ever. but im currently working using this app and its been froze for 20 minutes and its becoming a regular thing..so i have time to write a review finally. as you can see theres is nothing else to review lol this is the basis of this app its literally the most frustrating part of my day. and rhe fact that they charge drivers to use it and cant fix and bugs the app has or even update the maps says alot

Cannot update bad addresses
Addresses show correctly on Apple and Google Maps but not on OnTrac OnRoute. Continuously have to have a secondary map open for delivery to correct addresses OnTrac will not allow to update if the app thinks its correct. I have several showing in indiana, Louisiana etc. and I deliver in the southwest portion of the U.S.A. Can’t trust the app completely day to day, even small issues like addresses 2 or 3 streets from where you need to deliver pop up constantly.

Multi-device use
Can you please allow real time log in and stop completion across multiple devices?
For example, it would great if I can use my tablet for GPS purposes and my phone to complete deliveries.
This would help conserve battery life across devices and keep drivers safe while navigating to stops.

Quite literally one of the worst apps ive ever used. Whoever designed the app has obviously not been on the road using it and is probably some stuck up corporate loser. Please fire the whole team that created this POS app.
Update maps more frequently
Please updates maps! Or have a way drivers can report wrong / bad addresses or streets that are not actually streets. I have several streets and an apartment on my route with a closed gate but the map always tries to take me through it and it's one that messes the flow of the route (don't even get me started on newer housing developments). Instead of having to remember and accommodate, need a way to report it so a driver new to the route does not go that way.

Designed to make the day longer
If this is not a nonprofit application then take this to heart. This app makes the day even longer when on route. It does not even support the basic function of accurately displaying the stops. More times than not when you select a stop, it displays another stop 100 feet away or a couple miles away. This is just weak.

Es muy bueno pero se traba mucho la app además debería poder dar opción de poder actualizar una dirección o recomendación para el próximo que entregue paquete tenga la dirección actualizada o en su caso cuando se capture de entregado en automático cree una localización de entrega así se podría actualizar la direcciones directamente al

Update the map to satellite view, adding new streets and their respective names in cities like DAYTON, NV, 89403. It is a growing city with new streets and houses.

Quite honestly the WORST shipping company to ever exist. The drivers are first and foremost LAZYYYYYYY but also SERIOUS morons and it seems are purposefully delivering packages to wrong addresses. Just found a package, not for us, covered in the snow in our shrubs. And have a video from our cameras of this TERRIBLE AND LAZY OnTrac Delivery guy walking through my yard, not even parked in our driveway putting someone’s package in our shrubs.
I mean just google this company. They hire IDIOTS. And their “Management” does nothinggggg because their management is somehow even more lazy and more incompetent.

SO MANY BAD ADDRESSES
This app is worse than the earliest versions of Uber Eats or postmates. Today in 2026 I am STILL getting bad addresses. There is no work around to fix where the address is supposed to go. I try to create my route manually everyday. If there are two houses that are one number off, the app with only give you one address to sequence. So when you go to finalize your route, it says you are missing a stop but won’t show the second house or its stop. This FORCES me to auto optimize my route which is THE WORST OPTIMIZATION IVE EVER SEEN for a delivery app. The back and forth to opposite sides of a neighborhood is so frustrating.
Let’s say you want to zoom in on the map-NOPE the app hates it when you move it around. I WANT THE MAP TO STAY 2D AND NOT MOVE AT ALL. NOPE NOT ALLOWED. As soon as your cell services loses a bar from 4->3 the app freaks out and basic functions stop working.
The barcode scanner is sooooooo temperamental. I can code a better barcode scanner in my bedroom. The border area on the scanner overlay, is purely just an overlay. If your camera can see any barcodes outside of the border, it will still try to scan those instead. Why do I have to hold my phone so perfectly and in perfect lighting conditions to scan a simple barcode? I have an iPhone 15 pro max in 2026. How hard is it to scan a barcode?!?!
Why can’t OnTrac just hire a WebDev or an AppDev to make some tweaks to the app?!?! HIRE ME FOR TWO WEEKS AND IT’LL BE PERFECT. Temped to do it for free because of how simple and stupid this app’s issues are. Really feels like OnTrac doesn’t have any IT people working on this app.

Fix map glitches on iPhone also make the stops disappear from your manifest once you do them
Your package will go on a vacation before arriving
Your package will end up three states past you leaving you wondering how did it even get there.
One minute the package is on time and it’s scanned telling you your package is in your city. The next minute you’re getting a package delay notification saying it’s now in Ohio. Wait! Ohio? How in the beeping heck did my package end up in Ohio?
