Renting for a month is scam
Renting a bike from ontrack is nightmare basically they will ask you to pay for 30 days however they will provide you only 28 days which is absolutely wrong and also their customer support is good for nothing

Recently I took a Scooty for rent from this app and within 7 days one day the breaks of the scooty snapped while I was driving the vehicle which could have led to a very big accident hence I returned my Scooty due to the safety concerns and on the day of return the manager Anthony spoke to me in a very good tone telling that he will try his best to get me refund and solve my issues but it’s been 4 days I have No reply and also now from past two days the manager is not even answering my calls and now I am stuck in middle with my money stuck for which I paid 3800/- but used it only for like 7 days. Very bad experience don’t rent bikes from here the customer support is very bad.

Before regretting im requesting everyone to not go to this ontrack bike rentals.
Extremely Disappointed with your service in bengalore Hub, i took an new 6G activa for rent yesterday and yesterday itself the scooty stopped and not even moving now i came to the Hub for help they said we are fixing and they just unplugged the fuse and re plugged it and said now its don, but before i move from the hub its again not starting, do you think i have paid 5700 for this and time waste ?

I made the payment twice. The first payment was successful from the bank’s side, but the app didn’t confirm my booking. So, I paid again, and this time the booking was confirmed. However, I still haven't received a refund for the first payment. I've followed up with customer service multiple times over the past month, but no one is resolving the issue. This is unacceptable. The condition of the bikes is also terrible. I highly recommend choosing other service providers.

However lucrative the price looks, stay away from this repair shop(rental service). They hardly have any vehicle in even starting condition. You are going to waste half the time calling rescue services for being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Even if you have to pay a bit more, you can save a lot of headache in choosing any other service. I had to go through a month in hell because of the these guys. Avoid avoid avoid.

Good for renting
Have been using their bike for 7months. Most recommended it’s good to go
Worst service ever
They are harassing for the damage we haven’t cause ……. I returned the bike back ……. 1 day later they are harassing that there’s some damage and asking for money. The bike received was already in a very bad condition, so had to return it. On top of that they are charging 1k extra for the damage we haven’t cause.
