Absolute Brain Damaged Devs

Devs drool spit and steal from the owners with pure laziness.

Poor service

Service is extremely cumbersome to work with in the field! Not friendly with the IPad.

Absolutely abysmal system

For years I begged our company to move away from the terrible system they had been using. In my wildest dreams I could not have imagined a worse system for running a business. When I got the news we were finally making a switch to a system called Onverity, I was thrilled. Finally we’d be moving to a more streamlined system that would make my job easier. My excitement turned to horror and dread when I finally got to use Onverity. It is drastically worse in virtually every possible way. It’s like they had a focus group with the sole purpose of making this system as unfriendly to the user as possible. Do you want to look at a customers quote or a work order? Great, click through 50 different pages, two different login process, sacrifice a goat, and stand on your head all to get to the customer you were looking for. Would you like to acces the quote from your phone? Well screw you, they didn’t design it for that. I could carry on going through every problem point by point, but if I did that this review would start to look like a doctoral dissertation. Onverity is a truly awful experience, and whatever genius was responsible for inflicting this disaster upon the world should be subject to capital punishment for high crimes against humanity.

absolutely garbage

pure display of lack of care or any type of anything. my 14 year old cousin could’ve coded a better crm. id give u guys 2 stars only because i find it respectable how you probably ran off with the money for making this app in less than a week

The worst

This application will be at a proprietary application is one of the worst user experiences I’ve had in the last 15 years. This so poorly thought out it should not even be in the market. There’s so many fine off the shelf solutions. Why anyone would force people to use? This is beyond me. It’s clunky has many many many unnecessary steps. It’s not intuitive and ignores all basic. Best practices for any application. If 0 stars were an option, I would’ve given it that.
