Poor support

My camera has been offline more than 24 hours. Onvia HQ is pushing the responsibility to the local team only and not solving my problem. Please do consider the after sales support prior to getting their products. I have my home all smart home ready. I am doubtful now to upgrade to full Smart Home with Onvia with such service
