App are very lag and this is a copy app from Tuya.

The last update was in 2024. Come on! The counterparts, Smart Life and Tuya, already have plenty of new features and UI updates.
Onvia app no notification
Hey onvia app no notification when my home alarm system sos or when I use my app stayarm, there have notifications before , but now no more, pls fix this asap ! It is serious
Poor support
My camera has been offline more than 24 hours. Onvia HQ is pushing the responsibility to the local team only and not solving my problem. Please do consider the after sales support prior to getting their products. I have my home all smart home ready. I am doubtful now to upgrade to full Smart Home with Onvia with such service
