Completely broken. As another user mentioned, it doesn’t allow me to add and manage my Onvis product so that I can update its firmware.

App is completely unresponsive to Add Accessory (+) button, and in fact, it seems to do nothing at all. Doesn't see or configure my HS2 switch, ever. The switch can be configured directly in Apple Homekit, but it becomes unresponsive to Homekit after anywhere from a few minutes to several days. When it becomes unresponsive, rebooting if the switch or Homekit does not make it responsive, so it must be deleted and Add Accessory used to reconfigure. Wasted way too many hours on the device trying to keep it working. Completely unreliable for me.

Good hardware, terrible app
Onvis hardware products are some of the best, most reliable devices in my home, but this app is comfortably the worst app on the App Store.
Used to be good
Now it won’t show the history log of temperature and if you try to export the data the app crashes.
Motion sensors are good, the software is awful
This app has unreadable user interface. Fortunately, it's only rarely needed to install firmware updates (well hidden).
Great Hardware - Terrible App
The hardware is great and has been rock solid for me so far. But this app is terrible, ugly confusing UI and the firmware upgrade procedure is really fiddly and annoying.
I’ve read they are planning on switching updating through matter/the apple home app. If that’s true once that’s added I won’t have any complaints since the app won’t be required. Please do this Onvis!

App needs improvement
Devices work well, especially directly from HomeKit. But the app is painful to use if you want to track history, and many times I need to back out of a device and then go back into it to see proper data.

La app es muy inestable, se queda cargando sin reaccionar, y el diseño parece del 2010.
Firmware update unmöglich
Es wird ein kritisches Problem angezeigt und ein Firmware Update von S.4 Lampen empfohlen. Leider ist dieses Firmware Update unmöglich. Stundenlang versucht die App dieses Firmware Update einzuspielen was für eine Katastrophe null Sterne von mir

What is this app supposed to do?
I downloaded this to update the firmware on one of my devices since they do not have an Android app. The app is basically useless since I cannot add the device to update it. I will not be buying anymore of Onvis products, I only bought one in order to try out with the intention of buying more but not now.

4.4.2 is getting better but…
they have FINALLY made some firmware update improvements (for HS2 5-button/18-option controller). STILL NO Landscape mode for iPadOS, which i have asked them for several times and only Onvis and Nanoleaf won’t due it, even/hue/ikea/aqara/vocolinc/sonos/all others can do Landscape mode on iPad, yet Onvis just won’t do it. Because not all brands have macOS apps and isn’t a device option for adding devices, it’s a big deal. Many folks have mounted iPads for home control.
