Very professional and helpful even when people are frustrated and not the nicest they remain calm and supportive helping you every step of the problem. I had a property listed wrong and they went above and beyond to make sure the changes were made and ownership listed correctly not once but twice. Kudos to them..

frustrating
Apparently anyone can call and changed property data. I have been dealing with customer support since April to get a property listed right. I have went round and round. Sent proof of ownership and tax address. Finally they change it then after very impressive review they switch it back taking it out of my name again. I will be contacting an attorney and the AG

Serious reliability concerns
The biggest reason I pay for onX elite is offline maps. Before a remote Colorado River trip, I downloaded everything.
Once I was offline, the maps were blurry and lacked the detail needed for navigation. That’s exactly when this app is suppose to shine.
If I can’t trust, it’s offline maps in the wilderness, what am I paying for?
I hope onX addresses this issue because it’s a serious reliability concern.
