Terrible customer service, a lot of extra hidden fees and charges, shipping they charge the most and then the time to pack and send took 23days… that’s a long time, it’s been 1.5months and I still don’t have the products.

Being using this agent for a bit and would 100% reccomend. Also if you are thinking of using this and see it’s good bad reviews. Main reason for that is some really old people who don’t know how an agent works think shipping is included when you order it to the agent

The qc are very bad when you go to pay for the shipping it is quite expensive it does not have good coupons and they end up charging you too much money and they return it to you on the page in my opinion it is not a good agent
Don’t use
I bought items on here as the prices including shipping looked good. I received a message later to create a package and was asked to pay a second shipping fee which was not declared that was several times the value of goods ordered. I had an item turn up at their warehouse only to be told they can’t ship it to me and that they were automatically sending it back to the sender for a refund of less than 1/4 of the price i paid for the item (which can only be spent on their site). If the item couldn’t be sent to my country then they should have told me before payment. This means it looks like a scam. Their help was not very helpful and they’re not interested in refunding any money but will offer you a small amount if you decide you don’t want the item that can only be spent on their site. If you don’t do this within a certain small window then they say you’ll be charged a warehouse fee but offer you no way of cancelling it. I’ve had to delete my account as this was very poor and I’ve lost money.

J’ai commandé sur oopbuy j’ai reçu un t-shirt déchiré ainsi qu’une boîte de chaussures endommagé avec les photos et une vidéo en preuve je demande un remboursement mais pendant trois jours je parle avec 8 personne différentes du service client mais aucun ne veulent me rembourser il négocie avec moi des coupons sur des livraisons alors que j’en ai déjà au finale aucun remboursement c’est à cuire j’ai payé l’assurance et 80€ de frais de livraison mais me rembourser 10€ pour un article dont j’ai les preuves qu’il est abîmé non je vous conseille d’aller sur lovegobuy la bas au moins les frais de livraison sont moins chère et il ya un service client compétent
