I can’t login
Okay so this app sounds like a good app but NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY it just does not want to log me in I use OTP after OTP again and again and AGAIN
Please just fix this major problem like seriously no matter how many times and if I click “I need help” it sends me to their website with no instructions of helping me.
I see why this app has so many low ratings it just doesn’t work

The app has the general features but some features are missing.
1. on Apple TV, unable to save password for Ooredoo TV app.
2. movies on demand feature not available.
3. unable to watch/play on TV from ooredoo tv app for iphone. can only watch trailers.

Can’t even login
1- Tried all options to login including phone number and account name. Neither worked
2- The Ooredoo tv itself is not operating properly, sometimes channels are not even broadcasted.
3- I reset it for 3-5 times before it start working again.
4- Ending the subscription soon and getting another service provider.

Not loading
Please look into this issue. Since last few days whenever I open the application, it does not load, its keep showing 3 drops going from left to right.

Useless App
Can only change channels. You cannot even change the volume. Ooredoo should be ashamed of such poor quality apps from a technology provider company.

Full of bugs. Only partially works.
It's a shame. It's a nice idea. However, many of the buttons don't do what they are supposed to, at least on my iPad Pro. E.g. once I'm watching Live TV, pressing the Back button does nothing. Neither does the Leave Fullscreen button at the bottom. Some channels don't seem to work but there's no information as to why.

Please return volume buttons and on/off button to the new update. It’s useless now! The old version was much better.
