The default dashboard is the messages. This is a list of messages that you have access to and are able to send to people or properties you have access to. There is a paper airplane icon to be able to send messages to people or a specific property In a specific property on the properties tab, you will now see messages as well as be able to send a message. The history tab has now been moved to the top navigation on the properties tab header. This allows you to see the most recent transactions that you have viewed. If you pull down it will refresh the screen it will update the history if there are more recent properties viewed The search tab has also been moved to the properties header and allows you to search for a specific property by the full address, partial address, city, two-letter state abbreviation, zip code. The important date is a list of properties with important dates. Forms tab is a list of any intake forms that you have available to you to use. The settings tab allows you to view terms and conditions, privacy policy, or log out of the app

No ability to modify or add files?

I’m always on the go and wanted to use open to close alongside my transaction coordinator and my partners to catch up with transactions, contacts, and files. The app doesn’t have these abilities! My colleagues with follow up boss has such a robust CRM system and the app is a lot better. I wish I researched this more before committing
