No ability to modify or add files?
I’m always on the go and wanted to use open to close alongside my transaction coordinator and my partners to catch up with transactions, contacts, and files. The app doesn’t have these abilities! My colleagues with follow up boss has such a robust CRM system and the app is a lot better. I wish I researched this more before committing

Needs more ability to edit/add to files!
At the very least want to be able to add notes to my files!
Great system / app not editable
I love the desktop platform. I wish the app had could edit the files on the go.
